South West Cumbria Methodist Circuit and Furness United Reformed Church Pastorate

The circuit currently has one full time Methodist minister The Rev. Martin Williams who looks after Beacon Hill, Roose and Hartington Street in Barrow and also Kirkby and Broughton. The Rev. David Edmondson is a non-stipendary minister and has pastoral care of Vickerstown and Millom. He also works part time as Training and Development Officer for the District.  Deacon Tom Luke is a industrial chaplain working at at BAE Systems, Asda and Barrow Football Club and is based at Beacon Hill Church.  Trinity Church is a united Methodist and URC churches and is currently looked after by the Rev. Janet Calderley one of the full time URC ministers.  Janet also has pastoral charge of Ramsden Street URC. The other full time URC minister is The Rev. Ron Wilson who has pastoral care of Urswick URC, Dalton Methodist and URC churches and Askham Methodist Church. They are supported by the Rev. Ann Hufton a non-stipendary URC minister.
